in Ripon at 1201 W. Main Street
Welcome to Coakie Joe Cakes
I specialize in custom designed wedding
and party cakes, hand-decorated sugar cookies and
cake truffles (sometimes called cakeballs). Although I work out of a grocery store bakery, the cakes and desserts I offer are anything but ordinary!
Everything I offer is made fresh using only the
highest quality ingredients.

Cakes can be made in almost any shape, style or design that
you desire. Simply tell us about your event and budget
and we can customize a delicious, one-of-a-kind creation.
Tiered/stacked cakes start at $2.29 per serving for buttercream/
$3.29 for fondant. Simply click on the pricing and flavors link to the
left for a detailed list of cake sizes, cost and servings. I prefer
the elegant look of a tall cake so all tiers are approximately
4 inches or higher.

Sugar flowers add the perfect, classical touch to any
cake but are especially beautiful on wedding cakes.
These handcrafted floral beauties can be custom
colored to your wedding colors and provide
completely edible elegance to the overall theme of
your cake.
Fresh flowers, fondant or fabric ribbons/bows and silk
flowers are also a lovely addition to any wedding cake....

'What is a cake truffle?', you might be asking yourself....
These delicious and addictive little treats are similar in appearance
to traditional chocolate truffles but are made using cake, which creates a slightly lighter texture, comparable to that of a brownie.
They are all handmade, drizzled with chocolate and then brushed
with luster dust for a sparkling finish. When individually wrapped
and tied with ribbon, these make a unique and beautiful favor for
your wedding, shower or birthday party. They can also be
purchased boxed and wrapped for gift giving.
